Youth Group (Grades 6 - 12)

Sunday Night 5:00-7:00 pm Wright Center (Mid August to Mid May)

Youth Group is a time for teens to connect with Jesus and be in community with each other. Orangewood Youth Group meets every Sunday night from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm during the school year. This experience incorporates crazy games, dinner, inspiring messages and small group time with their leaders and peers. All youth are welcome. It is a safe space for youth to be themselves, learn about the world and their faith, and build relationships. We are an open, accepting, and supportive community that encourages everyone to be who they are. No matter where your teens are in their faith journey, we have a place for them.

Youth Week Crossings: The Lord Will See Us Through

Growing up in our world today is no easy task. Young people are experiencing and inheriting many realities within our world that can be heavy and confusing. What does it mean to walk through and into these realities, especially as a person of faith? While adults are engaging in the Discerning the Signs of the Times Retreat “Crossings: Destroying the Strongholds of Division” participants of Youth Week will be doing their own Crossings, learning to walk hand-in-hand to overcome the barriers into new possibilities. The week will include time to pray and play together and to be in the magnificent beauty of Ghost Ranch and one another. Date: June 22 – 29. Meet at Orangewood at 10:30 am, traveling to New Mexico and returning to Orangewood late evening on June 29. Cost: $425 For: Students entering grades 7-12 and college freshmen. Email Melissa Hooper to sign-up. Already signed up? Pay at GivePlus or by check sent to 7321 N. 10th St. Phoenix, AZ 85020
